My journey began with MULIKA 988, a tool that has connected citizens and security teams, and I continue to champion innovation that strengthens social justice and governance.
Having worked closely with the Ministry of Interior in Kenya and county security teams, my work has always focused on bridging the gap between citizens and those in power, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. My telecommunications background has been integral in my approach to service delivery management. I understand the critical role that infrastructure and communication play in delivering efficient and accessible services to the public. Through my work in this industry, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for systems that not only enhance operational efficiency but also ensure that service standards are met and exceeded.
I am particularly passionate about using technology to create safer, more inclusive communities. With a strong academic background, including two MBA degrees, I am now pursuing a PhD with a focus on evaluating technological interventions for better service delivery in Kenya’s security sector.
